Finally! A Family Photo!

So! I finally got my new camera! (Ukraine wasn't good to my other one) But, I got it totally replaced and more for FREEEEE! So! Way happy about that! I have already taken over 2000 pictures since I got it two weeks ago! (I think I went through a bit of a withdrawal, good thing Kerri was with me!) But, anyway! My room mates consented that we could take a 'Family Photo' on Sunday! So, that is just what I did! And man! I love them! well, the photos too. Names starting with me, working towards kerri. Me, Abbi, Kallie, Becky, Sarah, and of course, Kerri. Becky and Sarah are sisters from Michigan. Abbi and Kallie went to high school together, but weren't really friends until college. They are seriously quite the pair! They are Hilarious! I love my room mates! It may even be bad at times, cause I never get any of my homework done, cuz all i want to do is play with them! They are so crazy and just great human beings!

PostCraigo's

Room mate pics! These are just of our Craigo's adventure to the best little pizza buffet in town! So, here we go,

The spiraly hand of unity!

We were all just as shocked at how much Kallie ate! (this is Kallie but this is really all of our crusts.)

Well, they may have to start getting used to having a camera pointed at them some time sooner or later. This is Sarah on the left (your left) and Becky or Rebecca on the right. They are both art majors and sisters from Michigan.

Abby and I tried every different kind of dessert pizza they had and came to the conclusion that the brown sugar sweet chunky one dizzled in chocolate and frosting, feel your arteries clogginf as you swallow, one was definitely the best. I was just sad I couldn't have more! I was so full! And yah know, pizza, although tasty, is not always the best thing for yah!

See, Kerri is the exhibit A on that pizza not being so hot for yah! She passed out in her pizza crust! But, don't worry, I am a trained professional at these sorts of things, and she has lived to enjoy another meal!

Don't got my own soul, and I may have just become a soldier.

So, the Paramedic Program is going to be awesome! But, a huge challenge and stress test! Each day is so different! And way crazy! There are only nine of us in the class, and we have basically sold our souls to the paramedic department for the next eleven months. We haven't even started dealing with patients yet! But, on monday, we start poking I.V.'s into eachother! And, we get to dress in uniform and have a full blown simulated call that three of our classmates have come up with, and we have to make the run and try and save their lives. And within the next two months, we will all be certified as Advanced Life Support, which I would have never dreamed of being at this point in my life! It is nuts! This coming weekend is basically the only time that I will get to come home for probably the rest of the semester. We start having Clinicals and then a 24 hour stand-by shift with the fire department this coming week! I get to carry an awesome brick radio around with me for the rest of my life and respond to calls with my new name, 135, which basically means to everyone else listening, 'paramedic student'.
Today, I also got deemed the Photography Commissioner of the Basketball League at BYU, Idaho by the Sports Coordinator. The pictures that I take will go in school bulletins, around on campus posters, in marketing tactics, and on the end of the semester slide show, and I could even sell some copies to the players who want them! It is going to be awesome! And I am way excited! Hopefully my camera will get fixed fast!
Tonight, we had a room mate meeting at Craigo's, The best pizza buffet in town! And, it was so fun! Man, I love my room mates already! We made a list of goals and fun things we want to do this semester, including a happy sun jar (writing down something that made you smile that day and putting it in the jar), adding a link to a chain that we want to make each day, and having a different fun thing to do on each link as your goal for the day, Tea time, put a 'Visiting Hours' sign on our door so that we can all get to sleep at an appropriate time. And some way fun stuff! Man, adjusting back to college life has been wonderful! Kerri and I are Room Room mates and I couldn't be happier about that! She is definitely a way awesome room mate! (When she keeps her shoes on her half of the room:)) But seriously! She is awesome! We have a military physical fitness class every other morning at 6:00 and it is so super fun! But, I couldn't even lift my laundry into the dryer today afterwards, it's a bit rough, but, what else do you expect from the stinkin army? I am way excited bout it! Anyway! I am sleep deprived, so good night! Kerri has been konked out on the couch for the past fifteen minutes, I am going to drag her poor little carcass into her bed to. Well, Sweet dreams!

Bundle up . . . It's REXBURG!!!!

So, we are back up at college! And it feels AWESOME! We kicked off the semester with a sweet dance! And some things in the church just never change. It still felt like all of those sweet stake dances we went to in high school! or maybe even junior high. At any rate, I finally got asked to dance . . . TWICE! It was sweet! Who knows, I may even get a date this semester! Wahoo! We are moved in and absolutely love our apartment and room mates. I don't know why everyone keeps telling me our apartment looks homey. Cause I think it looks absolutely gorgeous! I guess thats what staying in a foreign country for so long does to you. Mom helped us move in and hooked us up with everythin we will ever need! And maybe some things that we don't need at all! But, at least we got them just in case! Thanks mom, you're the best! Kerri and I are rooming together, and so far so good! The only thing is, she keeps scattering her stuff on to my side. So, as long as that stops, we should get along just great! We actually just got finished with our first class. And I am really scared for it! But, rather excited. It's a military training class and it starts at 6:00 in the morning!! But, some kid lost 80 pounds last semester when he took it! Can you believe that? So, it should be awesome! I have 7 paramedic classes and then a book of mormon class. So, we will see how they go, my next class starts at 10:00. So, I am going to go and find some hotty-patotty's. Pah! Yah right! Anyway! We are safe and ready for the long haul! More details on the paramedic courses later. When I actually know whats going on with them. Bye!
